Within SCOUT² collections provide the opportunity of grouping objects of any type so that they can be processed interrelated and consistently.

With the help of additional information, which may be entered for the collection itself as well as for any individual object within the collection, the workflow between individual users, workgroups and projects can be controlled and documented.

When selecting the applicable processes, a distinction is made as to whether the processes are to be executed for the collection itself or for all the elements of the collection.

To edit a collection or to display the individual objects, SCOUT² provides a special object list from which processes for individual elements of the collection can also be executed.
