Winfried Buhl is the Managing director of Delta Software Technology GmbH, development center of Delta Software Technology Group. He has been active in software development, consulting and training for more than twenty years.

Along with his partner, Rüdiger Schilling, Winfried Buhl founded the Software + Methode Gesellschaft für Softwareentwicklung und Beratung mbH in 1986. Steady growth, intensive co-operation in development and sales management as well as the take-over of "related" companies led to the Delta Software Technology Group with distribution- and consulting enterprises throughout Central Europe and Australia.
