Rüdiger Schilling is the Managing director of Delta Software Technology GmbH, development center of Delta Software Technology Group and Delta Software Services GmbH. He has been working in the data processing sector for more than 35 years, primarily in consultant and management positions.

In 1986 he founded Software + Methode Gesellschaft für Softwareentwicklung und Beratung mbH along with his partner, Winfried Buhl. The current Delta Software Technology Group developed through steady growth and the take-over of matching companies into a company with distribution- and consulting enterprises throughout Europe and Australia.
